Easy switch, no fuss
Switched my NBN over to Mates a few weeks ago. Went for the Home Basic 25/10. It was pretty easy to get it all sorted online, didn't have to jump through hoops or anything. Everything's been working fine since, no dramas at all. Happy with how it went.
Good internet, minor speed dip
I got the NBN Home Standard 50/20 plan and for the most part, it's been quite good. Speeds are generally as advertised, and the initial setup was pretty painless. Customer service was helpful when I called about setting up my VoIP Home Phone. The only minor thing is that sometimes, during very peak hours in the evening, I've noticed a small dip in speed, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, a decent provider for the price.
Great value on mobile
